  Smells great, but unfortunately for me, that's where the positive ends. I ordered carry-out for my family shortly after they opened and was sorely disappointed. From the time I called to order until I sat down to eat, nothing went well. I chalked this up to new business learning and kept an open mind.
  
  I returned a week or so ago, after allowing plenty of time to work out the kinks. Unfortunately, my second experience was just as poor. I was served only after the lone worker finished his personal conversation. The pulled pork was dry and fatty. Not a good meal at all.

  The best BBQ ive ever had. The owner came over to my table and chatted with me a bit, he is really passionate about his food. He smokes all his meats for 16+ hours daily and hand prepares everthing. There is a real art to what he does and it shows! This is a worth while stop for anyone within 100 miles of here.

  Love it here! We stop in as often as possible for a low-key, delicious meal. Brisket is out of this world, beans are amazing. I've never had pulled chicken this good- and with Bill's homemade buffalo sauce.... I'm getting hungry just thinking about it! Our new go-to for catering as well- this local biz is reasonably priced and pulls out all the stops.
